Our 8″ appam pan is designed to make iron-rich fluffy appams. The smaller shape and curved interior sides promote the easy release of appam. Like all dynamic pans, the interior features a smooth machine-polished finish that when seasoned is naturally non-stick. We have pre-seasoned the appam pan with cold-pressed organic cooking oil for a superior finish. Ideal for appams of all varieties.
