Warehouse Processing Time
All orders take 1 business day for warehouse processing.

- Flat S$6 shipping charge on orders less than S$49
- Delivery timings between 9.30 AM – 9.30 PM every day
- Delivery will be done in 1 – 3 days’ time
- We offer direct door delivery or through our delivery partners.
Refunds
We believe in most customer satisfaction. We will refund the amount on the following terms
- Product(s) not delivered
You must request a refund within 24 hours if any product(s) are missed during the delivery of the order. We will issue refunds within 7 working days from the date of processing the refund request.
Returns
In case you found any delivered product defective/damaged, you can report & return the products to the delivery person during delivery of your order. We will either replace or refund the amount for the returned product(s).
Returns will be accepted only if the product is damaged.
Returns will not be accepted for Cast Iron and other cookware products for change of mind.
Cancellation
Cancellation will be accepted within 24 hours prior to the date of delivery.
