Recipe:
- Fry Mustard, curry leaves, onions and Vegetable or Vegetable Vathal in a edible oil.
- Add Tamarind Juice/Paste, 1 spoon of our Vathal Kulambu powder, salt to taste and Boil well. ( Optional: You can also Add tomatoes and Coconut paste to your taste).
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
- Tasty Vathal Kulambu is ready to serve.
