Fry 200gm small onion in 200gm edible oil in a cooking pot. Add 50gm F2H Premium Biriyani Masala and mint leaves and stir it well. Now add 3 tomatoes, 1kg Chicken/Mutton pieces or 1kg vegetables/mushroom and fry well. Add 1cup curd and stir it well. Add 1kg Biriyani rice, salt to taste and 1 spoon Lemon juice and cook till rice is cooked. Tasty Biriyani is ready to serve.
(Note: For Basmati Rice Add water in the Ratio of 1 glass of Rice: 2 Glass of Water, For Seeraga Samba Rice Add water in the Ratio of 1 glass of rice: 1 1/2 Glass of water)
