PREPARATION
Bajji: Mix 200g of sakthi bajji bonda powderin 150 ml of water. make slicesof either onion, potato, banana, brinjal, cucumber or Boiled egg or papped.Dip the slicesin the mixture, and fry in edible oil.Now the tasty bajji is ready to serve.this powdercan also used to make cauliflower ans onion pakoda. Bonda:Mix 200g sakthi bajji bonda powder with finely chopped onion-100g green chilli-2, coriander leaves, curry leaves and necessary water.Make into smallballs and fry in edible oil golden brown.now tasty bonda is ready to serve.

Grm Flour, Rice Flore, Salt, Chilli Powder, Sodium Bi Corbonate, Asafoetida.
